Over the past 27 years, we have represented clients in buying and selling residential and commercial property. If an individual or business is attempting to sell their real estate without a broker we will assist in drafting their purchase agreement, required disclosures and deed. Unfortunately, in today’s economic climate we are assisting many more clients with short sales (selling or buying the property for less than what is owed to the bank) by drafting hardship letters, obtaining bank required financial documentation and negotiating with the lender. Also as a result of the economy, we are helping more clients with creative purchases and/or sales with the use of land contracts, leases with option to buy and seller financing mortgages.
In addition, we represent individuals and business entities with residential and commercial rental properties by drafting leases, notifying tenants of breaches of their lease, filing eviction actions and attending eviction hearings.
